Healthy Eats

We are trying to eat more colorful meals at my house.
Here are the healthy meals I've made lately:

Grilled BBQ Chicken, sauteed green beens & sweet potato chips

Teriyaki Chicken Quinoa Bowl with lots of veggies


 Big Salads - heavy on the veggies



Fruit + Yogurt popsicles
I bought these popsicle molds months ago and am just now getting around to using them.  They were soooo easy to make and tasty!  I used one container of blueberry yogurt and about a cup of blueberries, strawberries and frozen bananas.  

Fill and freeze overnight.
Run the popsicles under  water and they will pop right out.
I think these will be a great snack for me and my teething toddler
