Cinnamon Roll Monkey Bread

We love monkey bread at our house
so I knew I'd love a cinnamon roll monkey bread recipe!!
How could you go wrong with that combo??

The recipe is SO easy and tasty!!
ANYONE could make this recipe.
It would be perfect for holiday breakfast gatherings, brunch or a late night snack.
We made it for our date night in and reheated it for breakfast.

Ingredients:
2 cans of your favorite cinnamon rolls
 1/4 c sugar
1 t cinnamon
1/4 c softened butter
1/4 c brown sugar

I purchased the Cinnabon rolls because they were on sale and they were really good.  I also noticed that you can buy additional containers of the delicious Cinnabon icing.

Grease a bundt pan.
I used my cinnamon & sugar shaker for the mixture.

Kitchen scissors make this recipe oh so easy!!
Do you have a pair??

 Unroll the cinnamon rolls.
This sad faced guy made me smile.
Cut each cinnamon roll into fourths.
See what I mean about the Cinnabon rolls being EXTRA tasty... little cinnamon bursts throughout in addition to cinnamon on top and icing.  Yummmm
Put one roll of cinnamon rolls into the pan
and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.

Add in the rest of the rolls and repeat cinnamon sugar mixture.

Melt stick of butter and add in the brown sugar.
Dump it over the unbaked dough.
Try and spread it around evenly.

Bake at 400
for 14-16 minutes.
You want it to be set, but not too crispy.
Remove from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes.
 Flip it with potholders.
 Delicious & so pretty!!

Take the two icing containers and empty them into one small bowl.  Stir the icings together and start icing the monkey bread.  It worked well to use a fork and be generous with that icing.

We definitely dipped bites into the run off icing.

I am already making plans to make this treat again VERY soon!!
I may never make traditional monkey bread again...
