Eat Well Everyday

My healthy menu for the week:
1. Blackberries & Pineapple were affordably priced this week.
2. Sweet Potato Chips
peel, slice, bake at 450 for 35-40 minutes, salt
 3. Turkey Wraps
lettuce, spicy mustard and lean turkey
*taste better with festive heart toothpicks
 4. Veggie packed Salads with Balsamic dressings
 5. Roasted Veggies
LOVE this mix because you can do it with any veggies.
Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning, roast at 400 for 30 or so minutes.
 6. Low Cal Dessert
sliced strawberries, light cool whip, sugar free jello
 * I was pretending that it was my strawberry pie
7. Healthy Popcorn
*I'd highly recommend this brand.
See you next week!  :) Whitney

  1. This inspired me today! I bought stuff at the store for wraps (which we had for lunch and were delicious) and I really want to roast some veggies soon! Probably just potatoes bc I don't eat all that other weird, but very colorful, stuff :)

    1. Yay!! I'm glad you enjoyed the wraps so much. What did you put on yours? I think you'd love the roasted veggies and you could definitely do carrots and potatoes because they aren't too "weird".
