What's for Dinner?

 I fix dinner about 6 nights a week and wanted to share some of our family favorites/EASY recipes with you that we've eaten this month.  I didn't try many new recipes this month and stuck to our tried and true recipes.  I have been pinning lots of new recipes to try so maybe in February I'll have some new favorites to share with you.

1. Chicken Veggie Lo Mein
shredded chicken
1 pk of chicken ramen noodles per person
tons of veggies
(carrots, edamame, green beans, broccoli, sweet peppers squash & onions)
hoisin sauce to cook chicken and veggies in & soy sauce to top it off

2. Shredded Chicken Soft Tacos
2 cans of shredded chicken seasoned with taco seasoning
refried beans, sauteed peppers, tomatoes, lettuce, jalapenos, taco sauce & cheese
all wrapped up in your favorite tortilla shell

3. Southern Comfort Food
sauteed okra
sweet potato chips
popcorn chicken
& raspberry/pecan/Parmesan vinaigrette salad

  3. I love these ideas all in one post. I need some more go-tos and quick ideas. I always spend so much time meal planning just because I can never figure out what to cook. Pinning this!

  4. They all look so good and simple! I love making dinner but sometimes I'm so tired when I get home from work so these simple meals would be perfect!
