Costco Haul

We found some fun things from Costco this month.  Maybe your family would enjoy them, too!

We sampled these Belgian Boys pancakes and loved them!  They were so easy to heat up for breakfast for dinner.  They come in two packs.  It's obviously cheaper to make your own, BUT these are way cheaper than going out to breakfast or dinner.

My family LOVED these pumpkin streusel muffins.  The best Costco muffins we have tried so far!

Fully cooked bacon.  Pricey, but so handy to have on hand for meals.  We added it to breakfast, BLTs and burgers at dinner time.

I like to have these on hand for easy school lunches for me.

Another delicious lunch option for me.  I heat up one, add in a fruit and veggies and it's so good.

Apple cider donuts!  They were just as delicious as we hoped they'd be.  They were soft and so flavorful.

I'm adding these to the kid's lunch box this season.

I've never seen Reese's pieces in bulk!  I'm going to make some cookies and add these to lunch boxes.

This Honey Roasted Nut Mix is delicious.  Great for a snack or on a salad.

I grabbed these pants for Fletcher because they were on sale for $11.99.  The quality seems great and they look nicer than cotton joggers.

I made breakfast for dinner one night last week with many of these items.  We heated the pancakes up on the stove.  I might do the oven next time so I don't have to keep stirring to get them warmed.

Almost as delicious as the ones we get fresh from the orchard.

The kids were obsessed with this Costco dinner.

What are you buying at Costco this month?

Costco Haul

We got Kevin a Costco membership for Christmas and we are slowly becoming fans.  There's a of a learning curve with carts, scan in, Visa only and just learning the layout and products.  We love Sams, but we're learning to love Costco, too.

One of our favorite weekend activities is to go to Sams or Costco, try samples and stock up on good food for the week.  Olive and Fletcher love it so much.  We typically leave Leo at home with Kevin and enjoy a big kid errand.

Fletcher has been dying to try the Costco Chicken Bake after hearing his friends talk about it.  We headed straight to the Costco cafe to order one for $2.99.

We all tried something new.  Olive liked the chocolate ice cream.  I didn't loves my frozen mocha drink.  I should have gotten the chocolate chip cookie.

We all loved the Chicken Bake so much that we bought 3 more to bring home for dinner this week.  It's a giant - like 2 ft long - delicious bread filled with chicken, bacon, cheese and dressing.  It was so good.  I'm going to reheat it and serve it with a salad for dinner.  You can't buy them in bulk right now, but you can buy several from the cafe to bring home.

We sampled this in store and bought one for dinner.  I'm going to add in some fresh blueberries.

We love this honey roasted nut mix.

I can't wait to try this on pulled pork mexican rice bowls this week.  I think it will also be so good on salads.

Kevin loves mixed nuts and I'm hoping he'll love this one.

These are SO good for lunches and snacks.

These taste delicious, but I was hoping they'd be smooth and shiny like twizzlers.  They have a little bit of a powdering coating on them which I wasn't expecting.  I'll eat them, but probably won't repurchase.

We all love these!

We stopped in the clothes section.  Olive and I both got these jeans for Spring. Size down.  They are really cute!

I also grabbed these ultra soft wide leg pants for work.  They were $9 and really comfy.  Size down.

What are your favorite things to get at Costco??  I don't love their produce selections, but we found a lot of other things to love.  Including a giant Squishmallow for Olive for her birthday.
