Eat Well Everyday

Here are some healthy eats from my last few weeks:
Omelets
 Lemon Pepper Tilapia for dinner
 Going to a cookout and have to bring something?
Why not bring a veggie tray?
 Berry salad with and without chicken

 Brown bread
 everyone at my house loves this bread :)

 Delish granola/berry/yogurt combo
 Hoping to make my plates as colorful as possible this summer.
