Eat Well Everyday

 Here are the healthy eats from my week:
1.Whole meal
Barbara's salad:
 Lemon pepper Tilapia w/ lemon slices
 Black eyed peas & corn
 2. Pomegranate Juice
3. Lots of fruit and veggies
 4. Homemade BBQ Chicken Pizza
 5. Whole Wheat Pasta
 6. Six Week Bran Flakes w/ whole wheat flour
7. Vanilla yogurt, granola & banana slices or strawberries
8. Stir fry
chicken, green beans, edamame, brown rice & carrots
 A good week of cooking!!

  2. Delish! I do half of the flour with whole wheat flour, a splash of oil and extra buttermilk to replace all the oil and half the sugar. I also use Wal-mart brand Bran Flakes. They are a great healthier version :)
