Eat Well Everyday

My healthy eats for the week:
1. Whole wheat toast
 Toast is best with Peter Pan PB and a little jelly.
I do not like PB&J sandwiches but this is a delish combo for toast!
2. Turkey Wraps with spicy mustard
 3. Teriyaki Glazed Salmon
4. Roasted Veggie Rainbow
 5. Salads
 6. Taco Dip
easy on the tortillas and chips, heavy on the veggies
7. Yogurt, fruit and granola
I use frozen raspberries, thaw them, add vanilla yogurt,
top with banana slices and granola.
