Eat Well Everyday

Here are my most recent healthy foods:
1. Healthy Bran Muffins
 2. Sandwich Thins - 100 Calorie - Whole Wheat
You can buy them in Honey Whole Wheat, Whole Wheat & Multi-Grain
We had them with burgers and loved them!
3. Chicken Nachos
easy on the chips, heavy on the veggies
shredded chicken with taco seasoning
4. Salads & Veggies
 5. Lemon Pepper Tilapia
It's getting easier to eat healthy with all of the fresh fruits and veggies in the stores.
