Lettuce Wraps

We love lettuce wraps.

We order them often when we are out to eat 

and my friend Erin made us some yummy ones the other night.

So I found a few recipes:

Rachel Ray's Lettuce Wraps

P F Chang's Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Took a little from each recipe and voila!

 Chopped water chestnuts, garlic and sweet peppers.

 Easy peasy canned chicken breast from Sams.

 Add Hoison sauce:

Add some green onions and cook for 10-15 minutes to blend all flavors.

 Side of brown rice.

 Ice berg lettuce bowls 

- which proved harder than I expected to peel apart in the perfect bowl shape.

 Steamed snow peas.
