Uncle Mike's Chili

We had this chili at my mom's family gathering.

Kevin dubbed it, "The best chili I've ever eaten!"

We quickly figured out who the incredible chili chef was... Uncle Mike.

My mom had a copy of the recipe so she shared it with me.

 Whole Wheat Linguine

 All ingredients mixed in.

 After cooking for an hour+

 Yummy!

Best if topped with saltines & shredded cheese.
