The weather is warming up and we are getting anxious for summer.  We're dreaming of fun things we'd love to do and have a theme for the summer of 2017.  Adventure is Out There!  We are going to go and do.  Explore.  Say yes to adventures and invitations for fun.  Try new things.  Attend new functions.  Get out and about.  We are excited to pack in tons of family fun this summer.  We came up with a long list of things we'd like to get to do this year.  I don't feel pressure to cross every single thing off the list.  It's just a list we'll post in our kitchen and it'll inspire us to get out and about this summer.

  3. What a fun list! I am glad to see you've listed all the ice cream places on your list - that's a vital part of summer fun in my book! :) I have always been a Dairy Queen fan, but our new favorite is Brusters. It's not cheap but they have the creamiest ice cream!

  8. What an amazing list! So many fun things planned. I haven't given a lot of thought to everything I want us to do this summer. The one thing I've given some thought to staying in school mode. I want to practice writing and also take Jack to the library. This will be the first summer where Jack and I will get to spend the summer together. Bennett will be joining us so I want us to stay busy with lots of fun.

  9. That sounds like a lot of fun! We always talk about things we want to do, but never write them down and then forget. I think it's easier to achieve or cross things off when you have a visual list. That would be a fun list to have Olive help decorate and keep near the fridge and then cross them off as you go.
