If you remember back to 2020, I was making charcuterie board dinners all the time. I even sold them at one point. That feels like a lifetime ago. I don't make charcuterie board dinners as much as I used to, but my family gets excited any time they see it on the menu for the week.
I plan to eat them twice in one week so I don't waste any meats or cheeses. I usually spread them out so we don't eat the same meal two nights in a row. That's an easy way to get your family excited about leftovers.
Easily one of the most colorful, yummiest dinners I make!
I buy our favorite meats and cheeses, buy some new fruits and veggies and a new chip or two. Then I fill the board with the last bits of anything I can find in the fridge or pantry. It's the perfect meal to use up all of your little bits of food. I ended up with 20 or so different bites on this board. Yum!
If we have this for dinner in the winter months, I love to add some warm items to the board. We had a little bit of waffle fries and pepperoni bagel bites left. They were a hit!
Then spread out the meats, cheeses, fruits, veggies, salty and sweet things around the board.
I like to do some surprise items - dried mango, Bagel Bites, strawberries in the middle of winter or find a favorite herby cracker that we love.
There are no dishes to clean up at the end of this meal. And we have all learned to take one or two items at a time. No one can clear out all the raspberries or eat all of a certain item. We share and spin the lazy susan board around the dinner table until it's almost empty.
Would your family enjoy this meal?
Let me know if you have any questions!

I love it, Whitney! I need to make one soon!
