Happy November!! It's crazy to think how quickly October flew by. I'm looking forward to my birthday in a couple of weeks, focusing on Thanksgiving and being thankful this time of year and preparing for the holidays that fill the rest of the year.
Have you ever wished you could just freeze time??
I've been trying harder lately to savor the moments. To enjoy the sweet, quirky, cute things about my kids at this moment in time. Our backyard was looking extra gorgeous this week with all of the red leaves falling so we went outside for a quick photo shoot. I dusted off my real camera (which still had pictures from last winter on it) and took pictures for 10-15 minutes. I didn't fix their hair or change their clothes. Just started snapping real life pictures.
I love that I captured real smiles, tiny teeth, bandaids, scratches, socks and crocs and messy hair.

I know it won't be long before Olive's dream of having wiggly teeth comes true. I'm soaking in the goodness of tiny teeth before her big teeth come in and change her smile.
Cool tricks on the swings thanks to kindergarten.
These two have the best time together. BFFs most of the time.
Who knew that I'd be thrilled to see my kids wearing socks and crocs one day? I'm just happy that her feet are warm and that she can put on her own shoes.
Sun setting in our backyard.

Great photos! I love the ones of them laying in the leaves. My favorite thing about my kids right now is that they will still cuddle up with me even as teens. :)
