I have always loved banana bread so the idea of banana bread pancakes sounded amazing!! I found this recipe and was excited to see that I had all of the ingredients to make it this weekend. They were SO GOOD that I couldn't wait to share the recipe with you.
Banana Bread Pancake Ingredients:
1 cup flour
2 t baking powder
1 t baking soda
dash of salt
1 mashed banana
2 T brown sugar
½ t cinnamon
1 t vanilla
1 egg
1/3 c whole milk
1 T melted butter
Optional toppings:
Light maple syrup
Chocolate chips
Peanut butter chips
Powdered sugar
Extra banana slices
Pecans
Mix banana, brown
sugar, cinnamon, vanilla egg and milk.
Add in dry ingredients. Preheat
your griddle or pan on low heat. Recipe
makes 14 small pancakes. They are best
when they are served fresh.
These were so easy
and so fluffy to make.
They tasted delicious
and everyone at my house loved them.
I have these
ingredients on hand at all times
so I know this recipe
will easily become a family favorite.
Powdered sugar and chocolate chips were nice additions.

Hope you love them as much as we did :)
