The Best Parts

Happy Friday, friends!!  Hope you had a wonderful week!!

It's been just BEAUTIFUL in Indiana lately and we have had so much fun being outside.  I have lots of fun things to tell you about this week.  There were so many highlights - pool days, cookouts, watermelon, Moana party, new dresses and strawberry pie - just to name a few :)

1. MINT STANDARD
My bloggy friend, Kelley, started her own clothing line this year called Mint Standard.  She created dresses and shorts that are perfectly designed for busy, on the go women.  Everything she designed has pockets and is made from the nicest fabric... stretchy, flowy and oh so flattering.  She sent me this dress and I couldn't be more excited about it!!  Stay tuned for more details next week.  I can't wait to style it for late summer & Fall for you.

2. SWEET SIBLINGS
These two are so cute together.  He wakes up asking for her and they play together a ton.  She is getting better at sharing with him and it's exciting to see them playing together without any help from me.  This is my new favorite picture of them :)  We hit the pool several times this week and played outside SO MUCH.  You know your kids having a great summer when you have to hose them off before they can get into the bath tub.  So much dirt and fun :)

3. BRUNCH
Kevin had a free morning this week so we decided to take him to his favorite spot - Dennys - & introduce him to one of our favorite spots - The Children's Museum.  We had a great time together!

4. COOKOUTS with Friends
We invited some friends to come in town for dinner and fun.  The dads sampled some different beer, the moms enjoyed catching up and the kids had a great time playing.  Summer is my favorite time to host because we can all be outside and the food is easy to put together if Kevin does the grilling.  Strawberry pie is my #1 summer dessert and Fletcher discovered Salt and Vinegar chips :)

5. MOANA Birthday
Olive's best buddy turned 4 this week and his mom threw the cutest Moana party.  We love that movie (Have you seen it yet??) so we were excited to head to his party.  Lindsay is the best party planner.  She painted coconut faces on the coconut cups, dreamed up pineapple donuts and any party is a success with a GIANT inflatable!!  The kids had the best time!

Hope you have a great weekend!!

Emma is a disaster and I can't remember when O would start to sit still. I have never had strawberry pie and that looks amazing!!!
