Chili's has THE BEST salad called the
Quesadilla Explosion Salad
I did my best to replicate it for dinner tonight:
Seasoned strips of chicken
Diced peppers, black beans, corn salsa
in Good Seasons Italian Dressing
Chopped tomatoes, lettuce & cilantro
cheese and dressing drizzled on top
Kevin deemed this salad "delicious"!
