Crock Pot Chicken

This is my favorite way to cook chicken.
You'll need a crock pot and
a bag of frozen boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
Dump frozen chicken in crock pot
on LOW before you go to bed.
When you open up your crock pot 7 or 8 hrs later,
this is what you'll see.
Turn off the crock pot and put your meat in the fridge.
 Take out chicken breasts.
You'll end up with a few cups
of liquidy yuck still in the crockpot.
Throw that away and put your chicken in the fridge.

Shred chicken as needed throughout the week.
We use it on quesadillas, soup, tacos, any chicken casserole,
pizza, stir fry, chicken salad, and more!
E.A.S.Y way to get meals ready for the whole week.
