Our week was filled with family, shopping, eating out ,a road trip, laundry and getting back into the swing of things at home. We had fun and are excited for a football-filled weekend.
1. Shopping date with the girls. Target did it again with a well-stocked clearance section for little girls. I couldn't resist the $1.50 price tag on these cute accessories.
Olive & Allie :)
2. Southern Sunset on our IN---->AR road trip
3. I made homemade cinnamon rolls for my hubby. I'm not sure if he was more excited to see me or the cinnamon rolls after a long day of work. I like my cinnamon rolls to be thick, heavy on the pecans and cinnamony icing.
4. I ordered these headbands on-line, forgot that I did and then was pleasantly surprised to find them in my mailbox this week. I can't wait for Olive to model them.
5. Olive and I got to participate in our first campaign function for my dad's sheriff race. If you happen to live in Spencer County, Indiana vote HEILMAN for Sheriff 2014!! We did a parade, threw out candy, Olive snoozed, ate fair food and enjoyed time with my family. It's nice to be able to go home for events like this.
Campaign tees don't come in baby size so Olive wore red, white and blue to match.
Lemonade shake up, Pronto Pup, Giant Choc chip cookie and Elephant Ear.
Happy Weekend!
Go Irish!

Those cinnamon (sp?) rolls look delish!! And that's so cool your dad is running for Sheriff!
ReplyDeleteThe headbands -- all four are adorable and I love cinnamon rolls with nuts also. I only make them at Christmas because my recipe calls for 4 (yes that is 4) sticks of butter.
ReplyDeleteAwesome finds at Target!
ReplyDeleteHave a great weekend!
