I dislike having to think about what to fix for dinner each night. So to avoid that headache, I write out our menu for the week when I return home from grocery shopping. This way my husband can see what our options are and we can just pick from the list each night. Some weeks I write out main dishes on one side and side items on the other and other times I list the whole meal together. Both work for us and I love the fact that I just erase it at the end of the week. The menus is posted on our fridge.
I know it's not glamorous or super cute but it's working for us!
