Scaddy's

Have you ever eaten at Scaddy's?

There are a few in Salt Lake

and they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Their burgers and salads are good.

 Great buns and I like their thin burger patties.

Their fries weren't my favorite but they are fresh cut.

 Do you know what fry sauce is?

I'd never heard of it until I moved to Utah.

It's a combination of one part ketchup and two parts mayonnaise.

It is served e.v.e.r.y.w.h.e.r.e. in UT.

I think it is an acquired taste that I have yet to acquire.

I prefer regular old ketchup.
