Eat Well Everyday

Here is what I fixed to eat well everyday this week:
1. Veggies with a dab of dressing for dipping
2. Salads
 3. Broiled Veggies
Purple potatoes - taste just like regular ones!
Broiled at 400 for 45 minutes.
Sprinkled with Sea Salt and Mrs. Dash

4. Tilapia
cooked on the stove top with lemon pepper seasoning
 Best served with lemon wedges to squeeze on top.
 5. Ice Water with fruit
instead of juices, cokes or any other high calorie drink.
 6.Blackberries
I found a great deal on them at Sams this week.
