I'm trying to incorporate as much exercising into my day as possible.
Here is my routine:
1st choice: Going for a long walk around my neighborhood with Kevin
It's a good way to debrief about our days
and catch up on what we have going on.
Plus we enjoy soaking in the scenery :)
2nd choice: Watching TV while running on my elliptical
I have a hard time getting motivated to leave home once I'm there
in the evenings so this is the perfect solution.
3rd Choice: I read about The 100 Workout on-line and
it will kick your butt!
What do you do to get some exercise?
