It's been a wonderful week at our house. Thank you for all of your sweet emails, comments and love you've sent our way. I appreciate your encouragement and kind words.
We welcomed our little boy into the world last Thursday and have been enjoying time with our family ever since. We had some in town, facetimed and are happy to be home now. We're figuring out life with with a toddler and a newborn and it's going pretty well. We're all sleepy... except the toddler. She's sleeping great so I'd like to put her on the rotation for middle of the night baby duty :)

The best parts of the week were:
EASTER
We got our professional pictures back from the bunny brunch and I love all of them! I know some people think big bunnies are creepy, but Olive disagrees. She's the bunny's #1 fan.
BABY BOY
I had a baby one week ago! It's been a whirlwind of a week. We're tired and so happy.
Fletcher is a dreamy baby and our family feels complete with the addition of our sweet boy.
One of our first mama + me pictures just a few hours after he was born.
Happy BIRTH-day Fletcher :)
Big sister got to push Fletcher out to the car when it was time to head home.
OUTNUMBERED
Kevin's busy wrapping up his semester of teaching so he's got work obligations he can't get out of. That means we've already conquered being home alone and I'm happy to report we all survived and had a good time. There were our share of time outs, tears, both kids crying at once, but overall it went well.
FAMILY
We had family in town visiting!! My MIL, my BIL and his wife, my parents, my brother and his family and then Kevin's parents. These guys held down the fort for us while I was in the hospital. I hated being away from Olive so they were a fun distraction for her.
SNUGGLES
Mama + me
BIG SISTER
A definite highlight of the week is seeing Olive become a big sister. She thinks her baby brother is the cutest, tries hard to comfort him, piles her toys around him to share, is eager to help me and is handling the change like a champ. It's not 100% sunshine and roses, but the sweet moments far outweigh the tough moments. She always asks to hold Fletcher, to rock him and here she was saying, "Mama I such a great big sister!"
Hope you have a great week!! Enjoy the Mom-vice guest bloggers I have lined up for the next few days and I'll be back next Tuesday with some more highlights.
