Italian Nachos

Italian Nachos -
ever heard of them??
It's kind of like pizza on tortilla chips.
The best part is that they are really easy to make!
Here's my healthy-ish recipe that would be perfect for dinner or game day snacks.

You'll need:
(serves 4-5 people)
1/2 bag of tortilla chips
1/2 bag of turkey pepperoni
1/2 bag of cooked turkey sausage
1/2 bag of mozzarella cheese
1 jar of marinara sauce
1/4 c mild pepperoncini peppers

Line a casserole dish with your favorite tortilla chips.
 Top with most of the mozzarella cheese
 Cut pepperoni into strips with kitchen shears and sprinkle on top.
 Pour out peppers on a paper towel to soak up some of the juices.
 Once they are dried off, put them on top of the pepperoni
 Sprinkle sausage on top
 Put on the remaining mozzarella cheese
 Bake at 325 for 20 minutes
and then broil for 4-5 additional minutes.

 Heat marinara sauce
 Done!
Scoop out by the large spoonful.

 I paired a chopped salad with the nachos for dinner
and it was a big hit at my house.
